HI,

I know this is not the correct place to ask for autodesk help, but their customer service has been giving me the cold shoulder so I have to do something. I do load faro scans into revit so that may give me a little credibility :mrgreen: So, I am trying to place stairs in my current project (this is not the first set of stairs) and all of a sudden I am getting an error. I have no idea what it means as it is not very descriptive. Any help would be appreciated.

Please help.
